Third Year *Crying Emoji*

Tartan Skirt - New Look

Not the most exciting outfit to come out of The Velvet Black, I'm currently on a serious drought of outfit inspo.  This may have something to do with the fact that I have 5 essays and my disso due in, in under 2 months.  I have started precisely zero essays.  Someone save me *eight crying emojis*.  Third year is hard goddammit!  I've decided to post only on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays rather than four times a week, up until the dreaded 26th March - due in date *five more crying emojis*.

    I know exactly what your going through! :'( third year is so hard! I'm in the exactly the same boat, tons of essay deadlines creeping up and I haven't started any of them. At least your outfit is on point.

    Good luck with all of your school stuff! I know it's so brutal but I know you can do it. I always do better when I have more than one thing on the go because I like flipping between topics when I get bored and having different things to write about. Maybe it'll be the same for you?

    I really like the yellow on you - and your ponytail is perfect. That might sound weird to say but it is.

    Loving this 90s inspired outfit. Good luck with all those essays, and I think we all go through lack of inspiration for outfits once in a while. Sometimes actually cleaning out your closet and getting rid of a lot of what you don't wear will make your closet feel new again and inspire you to create some new looks.

    ...but, i can totally feel you with your university problems... i'm a forth year student and it's supposed to be the most crucial year of my life and here i am watching yt videos on how to organize your planner all day every day orz. and naturally that essay/project assignment has to be started precisely 3 days before the due date... i really hope you can beat the procrastinator in all of us and do them in a timely manner :D props to you for even posting! when my life gets a little bit busier i disappear from the blogosphere completely :c

    LOVE this outfit so much! I wish I could wear cropped tops and knee-high socks. All of my body proportions are "SHORT" haha, so it never really works out looking as great as it does on people like you!! Love the colors too.
