I do love a bit of fringing, especially on my bags. I can't tell you how long I have wanted a fringed bag for, so I was pretty happy when I came across this little drawstring beaut from New Look. I'm planning to mainly use it on night's out, and this outfit is the kind of thing I usually wear. I know, trainers - I like to be comfy, okay? I kinda like how they contrast with the rest of the outfit. I went slightly 70's inspired with this amazing a-line skirt that I hunted down in a charity shop (score), and a bell sleeved top, which Missguided no long sell. The fringed bag pulls the whole thing together really well.
Fringed bags are a bit out there, and can be a little daunting - a tip for rocking them is to keep your outfit quite basic, and to use the bag as the focal point. New Look have loads of amazing fringed bags at the moment. I want more!!!

Such a cute look!! I used to be a little hesitant about fringe, kinda associated it with cowboys and rodeos when I was younger but your tips on making the bag the focus of the outfit are great!! My next bag might just be fringed :3
