I remember the time when I wouldn't even dream of pairing up socks and sandals, but these chunky beauties were just made to be worn with socks. For me anyway.
If your wearing a monochrome outfit, and you want too add that little extra something, just go for a dash of denim. It's a fail proof plan too make it just that little more interesting. Initially, I was going to leave the denim shirt unbuttoned and untied, but tying it up made the outfit look less slouchy. Slouchy is okay at times, but it wasn't the look I was going for here.
Top tip: pets always make for more cute and interesting photos!
